Online Booking is here!

In a sign of Rose Cottage finally discovering the 21st century, I am happy to announce that you can now book your recall check-ups online.

For some years we have had a system that automatically sends you an email or text message when your dental check up is due. However, you then had to phone reception to arrange your appointment. Instead, with a few clicks you can check your dentist's availabillity and book your own dental appointment - it's simple, instant, and confirmed with an email.

We think this will help keep up with regular check ups and prevent dental problems. We will of course still be answering the phone during clinic hours.

The only thing it can't

do is guarantee a downstairs surgery, so if you have mobility issues, or if you want to book several family members in at once, it's probably better to give us a ring on 01529 302143.

The other thing I want to say is that, as it's a new service, there may be some teething problems. If you encounter any issues please let us know so we can fix the problem and improve our service.
