Although our address is West Banks in Sleaford, the practice is located in between West Banks and Westgate. The main entrance to the practice is through the car park off Westgate; you'll see a large sign on the side of a white building and a pink front door.

Sainsbury's on West Banks. You can park there for £1 for an hour, or £2 for 2 hours. They will refund your parking if you spend over £5 in the shop.

Accessibility and Facilities
We've tried to make it as easy as possible to access our services, even if your mobility is limited. However, our cottage location does leave us with a couple of restrictions.
The front door has a very low threshold to allow eay access in a wheelchair. We have installed a bell outside for anyone who requires further assistance in entering the premises.
Unfortunately our patient toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
The reception area has a step up to the hygienists' surgery and patient toilet, and a couple down to the waiting area. We have ramps which we are happy to place if you request this. We have installed grab-handles near these stairs too.
We have one dental surgery downstairs, and for those patients whose dentists are usually upstairs we will try to schedule appointments downstairs. Please mention this to reception when booking.
All our in-house leaflets are available with large print.
We have selection of reading glasses at varying strengths for patients to borrow at reception if needed.
If you think of anything else we can do to assist you please let us know.
