Just thought I haven't published a clinical case for a while so here's a quick one.
Mr G was referred to me by my wife who works upstairs! He had lost his lower right second premolar and was keen to replace it. I saw him to assess him and we had a chat about what I could do for him. His lower teeth looked like this (photo taken in a mirror!)
Once we'd discussed options he decided he'd like to have the other gap filled too! After appropriate 3D imaging we placed two implants at the same session, and a couple of months later gave him his new teeth. The results are below, and the patient was really pleased.
