Just thought I'd post quickly to let you know what's happening over Christmas with the practice opening etc. We want to make sure that everyone is well looked after and you're not left with toothache after a particularly chewy toffee!
Today, Friday the 22nd, the practice is open as normal. We've tried to make sure there are some gaps for emergency patients to help sort you out before Christmas.
Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th, Mr Reynolds is on-call for private/Denplan patients for us and covering some other local practices. The number for his mobile can be accessed by calling the practice on 01529 302143. The cost, as ever, is £90 plus the cost of treatment for private patients. Denplan patients will be seen under the terms of their Denplan out-of-hours cover.
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, Debra and I are on-call together. While we would rather not come out on Christmas Day, we are prepared to if the need arises! The call-out fee on Christmas Day is £180 plus the cost of treatment, and back to the normal level on Boxing Day. Again, the service is accessed by calling the practice on 01529 302143 and you'll get the mobile number.
NHS patients with dental emergencies over the Christmas period can access care by calling 111.
The practice is then open again from Wednesday the 27th until Friday the 29th when it will be running relatively normal hours, and the New Year weekend cover is being run by our friends at Broadway Dental Surgery in Woodhall Spa. Again, you can get the number by calling 01529 302143.
