Staff

Our highly experienced staff aim to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Rose cottage prides itself on creating a friendly environment for patients and staff. This helps us to keep staff changes to a minimum, meaning patients will recognise the same faces each time they attend.

	Richard Reynolds BDS (Sydney) Principal dentist and owner, Richard qualified from Syndey Dental School in 1977. Born in Norway and educated in England and Australia, he has previously worked in Wollongong (Australia), London and St Albans before coming here in 1989.
	Adam Mantle BDS (Sheffield) Adam qualified from Sheffield in 1992 and joined Rose Cottage as a vocational trainee. He lives with his family in Sleaford. Adam provides orthodontic treatment as well as general dentistry.
	Barré Ramsbottom BDS (Dundee) MGDS RCS (Edinburgh) Barré qualified from Dundee University in 1970 then spent many years in the RAF before starting a practice in Balderton (Newark). He gained a Diploma in General Dental Surgery from the Royal Collage of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 1985 and was Vocational Dental Practitioner Trainee Advisor for Lincolnshire from 1994-1999. He has a special interest in Endodontics (root fillings) and Cosmetic Treatments. Barré Joined the Practice in August 2006.
	Andrew Sleigh BChD (Leeds) Andrew is the most recent addition to our team, joining the practice in November 2006. He qualified from Leeds in 2001 and then worked for several years in Lincoln before moving back to Bristol where he was born. After 2 years there he realised how much he missed Lincolnshire life and moved back.

Also practicing here on a consultancy basis is Malcolm Thomas BDS (Lpool), MGDSRCS (Eng), MSc (Lond) who is a dentist specialising in implant treatments and advanced restorative procedures.
